Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Wisk the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a sturdy spoon or spatula until well combined. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  3. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hand to lightly press together and shape the batter into six equal sized mounds.
  4. Bake for 16-17 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
